Bella Brewing started with a simple idea — take South Australia’s best organic citrus and create a spritz that captures the authentic, natural flavour of real fruit. We believe in doing things the right way — sourcing locally and crafting carefully.
What began with hand-peeling lemons in a home kitchen has grown into a small-batch process that celebrates freshness, quality and craft.

Its the little things
We partner directly with South Australian organic farmers to source the best citrus, harvested at peak ripeness and prepared by hand for maximum flavour. From there, we carefully blend in botanicals that elevate the citrus and bring depth, creating a taste closer to a crafted cocktail than a standard seltzer.
Each small batch is crafted by hand, balancing flavour and texture to let the fruit lead. After hundreds of recipe refinements, we’ve learned that less is more. That restraint brings out the best in every ingredient.
COMING SOON
Our first release is the Bella Brewing Limoncello Spritz, pouring soon in select South Australian venues, fresh on tap. Made with organic Lisbon lemons and blended with botanicals, and a light spritz. It’s cocktail-quality refreshment, low sugar and approachable. And this is just the beginning… cans are on the way in early 2026.
